Ingredients
  • Dates 50 gm, chopped
  • Honeydew Melon 150 gm, peeled and cubed
  • Plain yogurt* 120 ml
  • Chilled milk 60 ml

Step 1

Dates and Melon Smoothie
Place all the ingredients in the Mill Jar of Panasonic’s Mixer Grinder, fitted with grinding blade. Use the Incher to crush the ingredients. Blend on speed 3 till smooth.

Step 2

Dates and Melon Smoothie
Pour in a glass and serve.
Note: *Blue berry flavoured yogurt may be used instead of plain yogurt.
