Use well-ripened, good quality mangoes in this recipe!
- Ice cubes 4-5
- Mango pieces ½ cup
- Thick, natural Yogurt (Dahi) 1cup, chilled
- Honey 2 tablespoons, or to taste
- Finely chopped pistachio 2 teaspoons
Place the ice cubes in the Mill Jar of the Panasonic Mixer Grinder, fitted with grinding blade. Using the incher, crush the ice cubes.
Add mango pieces and yogurt, and blend till smooth. Pour in a glass and serve sprinkles with pistachio.
